I have been involved in vertebral surgery since 2004. After specialization at the University of Pavia, I dedicated myself full time to the diagnosis and treatment of vertebral pathologies, first at the Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia and since 2010 at the Niguarda Hospital in Milan. where I am currently the head of the Center for Spinal Surgery: traumatic and degenerative.

I deal with all pathologies (traumatic, degenerative, neurological, infectious, oncohematological) affecting all areas of the spinal column (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) using the most innovative techniques and in recent years I have specialized in modern minimally invasive posterior approaches and anterolateral to the spine (Alif-Xlif-Tlif ..) with enormous advantages in terms of blood loss, complications and patient recovery. I have performed more than 5000 spinal surgery operations and have participated in numerous national and international conferences and courses on vertebral pathologies.
